What languages can we advertise in?
Alex Rangevik runs paid campaigns across the Nordic, European and US markets. Ads are actively managed in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, English, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian and French, with copy written or reviewed to native-level quality so it matches local search intent. If you sell into a market not listed, Alex confirms language coverage before the engagement starts.
Are you available for in-person meetings?
Alex Rangevik works remotely by default - a shared Trello board, a dedicated Slack channel, and one to two video meetings per month. In-person meetings are available for clients in Uppsala / Stockholm, on special occasions for kickoffs or workshops. Clients across Europe and the U.S. work with Alex entirely remotely.
Where are you based?
Alex Rangevik is based in Uppsala, Sweden and operates through his company Aravik AB (Org.nr 559114-6831). He serves B2B clients across the Nordics, Europe, and the United States, and has previously worked in Los Angeles, Copenhagen, and Taipei. Work is delivered remotely, with in-person meetings available in the Nordics.
Is there a break clause?
Alex Rangevik works on a rolling retainer with an initial 3-month minimum term - enough time for B2B campaigns to produce measurable pipeline. After that, either side can end the engagement with 2 months' written notice. There's no indefinite lock-in; the minimum simply reflects how long B2B results realistically take to show.
What's the expected investment?
Alex Rangevik offers three tiers: Brand & Performance Ad Campaigns from €990/month per market, Signal-Led Outbound from €990/month (add-on), and a fractional Head of Marketing engagement at €7,500/month. These are management fees. Your advertising budget paid to Google, LinkedIn, or Meta is separate and set by you.
Do I need to pay upfront?
Alex Rangevik requires no large upfront lump sum. Billing depends on location: Nordic clients (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland) are invoiced after each month, payable within 30 days. Clients outside the Nordics pay the monthly retainer in advance, at the start of each month. Your ad-platform media budget is always paid directly by you to Google, LinkedIn, or Meta.
Can I do a trial?
Alex Rangevik doesn't offer a free trial. Instead, you start with a free 30-minute strategy call to confirm fit before committing. The engagement then runs on a 3-month minimum term with 2 months' notice thereafter - structured so you judge real pipeline results, not a short, unrepresentative trial window.

Media budget paid to ad platforms is separate. Flat retainers keep the focus on pipeline, not spend.

What's your time commitment?
An engagement with Alex Rangevik asks very little of your team, one to two video meetings per month plus occasional Slack input on creatives and approvals. Alex handles strategy, build, and daily optimization. On his side, client count is capped to a handful, so each account gets senior, hands-on attention.
How do you work with my team?
Alex Rangevik works as an embedded extension of your marketing team, not a hands-off agency. Collaboration runs through a shared Trello board, a dedicated Slack channel, one to two monthly video meetings, and monthly pipeline reports. Can you replace my agency?
Yes. Alex Rangevik regularly replaces agencies for B2B companies that want senior, hands-on paid media instead of junior account managers and vanity-metric reports. Alex covers strategy, Google/LinkedIn/Meta management, landing pages, and conversion tracking end-to-end. For broader ownership, the fractional Head of Marketing tier replaces both an agency and an in-house marketing lead.
Can you code?
Yes. Alex Rangevik has hands-on technical ability and has built web applications and conversion-optimized landing pages from scratch. In practice this means Alex implements tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion events), builds and fixes landing pages, and sets up marketing automation without waiting on a developer. Alex is a technical performance marketer, not a replacement for a full software team.
Can you design?
Alex Rangevik provides creative direction and produces ad creatives for the full customer journey, working from your brand assets - ad concepts, landing-page layout, and creative briefs. For heavy brand or graphic-design work, Alex directs and collaborates with designers rather than acting as a standalone design studio.
Can you write copy and content?
Yes. Alex Rangevik writes and optimizes ad copy and landing-page copy in every campaign - Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta variants, and conversion-focused page messaging - written to match search intent and buyer psychology at each stage of the B2B journey. Long-form content (blogs, whitepapers) can be scoped within a fractional Head of Marketing engagement.
