For Save The Children I took a closer look at the technical SEO implementation. Much of their main content is served as PDFs and what was the implication of that and how could their current structure be optimized around this type of content.

Some of the things that were included in the analysis:

- PDF vs. normal web pages

- On page SEO optimization of PDF and web pages

- Proposals and priority list of changes to the site based on the current state

- Understand the market and set a SEO strategy

- Tracking and follow-up of KPIs

- Help with the implementation of tracking and goals in Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager.

- Creation of a dashboard in Google Data Studio that clearly follows the most important KPIs and visually presents the development of the SEO work
